Bio – “Tolec”
Tolec is an Earth human representative, an emissary, for the Andromeda Council, an intergalactic, interstellar and interdimensional governance & development body of aligned benevolent star systems & planets of sentient, intelligent life… for worlds in both the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies. In deep space, this governance body is known by its Ambassadors and Diplomats as the: “Galactic Council”. This organization has twelve (12) senior member star systems with Ambassadors & Diplomats from their home-worlds, and also includes the Galactic Federation with 140 additional member star systems and 300 home-world planets.
“Tolec” was given this name as an Earth-based, pubic-persona name by the five (5) people with whom he regularly communicates. These people are stationed on the primary Andromeda Council biosphere.
In 2016, in a roundtable discussion with U.K. Labour Councillor Simon Parkes, Simon corroborated & confirmed, via his own sources, specific, higher-level intelligence information that Tolec’s own Andromeda Council contact person had shared with him… 4 years prior.
In 2015, and all prior years, Tolec initiated & held round-table discussions [published up onto YouTube] with many other noted professionals in this field including recently deceased astronaut, Dr. Edgar Mitchell.

Tolec remembered, due to a September 2010 contact, his first conscious, fully awake contact as an adult, happened in late Summer 1993, with his principal Andromeda Council contact person, the commander of the primary Andromeda Council biosphere who, like Tolec, is originally from the planet Dakote, located in the Taygeta star system, one of the major stars of the open star cluster, in the Pleiades.
He learned from this man, the commander, that Tolec’s soul origin first experienced life on the planet Dakote, which is the genesis planet of the Lakota, Dakota, Nakota and many other western Native American peoples.
Further, in late summer of 1993, this same commander took Tolec on 3 closely clustered together over the course of a week and a half, but separate, time-travel trips, via an Andromeda Council scout craft, back in time to the 1840s, to an area of rural Kentucky, or West Virginia, to observe a family of four in their day-to-day life struggles.____
Tolec’s Andromeda Council contact people indicate they have been in communication with him by various methods… since age 5. He is aware of in excess of 100+ physical visits to the primary Andromeda Council biosphere, visits that continue today. While working there, Tolec holds a position on the “Joint Earth Council” – subcommittee.
PROFESSIONAL CAREER.
He is a 1980 university graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a concentration in Public Administration.
For the first 17 years of his business career, he held positions of increasing responsibilities in the healthcare software industry, including senior management. He began his career with CIGNA.
Just prior to beginning his “Tolec” work in 2011, he spent 12 years as a senior client liaison, in operations & compliance, in international banking and global, private, alternative asset management. With the last firm, he held the position of Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer (COO).
In his daily Earth human life, today, he continues his important “Tolec” work. On a part-time basis, he does consulting, designs & builds websites.
Equally important, he is dedicated to organizing & producing his own: “Transformational Shift Events” conferences and one-day special events.
He is the host & interviewer of “M” & “MsM for the edgy, new interview program: “DEEP DISCLOSURE: AN EVOLVING REALITY.”
Tolec also co-produces the Sedona, Arizona monthly meeting: Sedona Close Encounters.
In October 2017 he produced and spoke in, two (2) of his ~ Transformational Shift Events ~ held in Australia, one in Forster, New South Wales & one in Tugun, Queensland.
In October of 2016, he produced his first 2016 Transformational Shift Conference held in Tucson, Arizona, hailed by many as a profound, unforgettable adventure and deeply sacred, moving spiritual experience.
This year, 2018, he will produce: “THE GREAT AWAKENING: MESSAGES FROM OUR GALACTIC FAMILY” ~ conference being held in Sedona, Arizona on September 28-30, 2018.
