Barrie Gellis has given many live and online presentations and interviews on Seth, UFOs, and The Secret, as well as other spiritual and metaphysical topics. He is a former member of Jane Roberts’ ESP class in Elmira (one of the New York Boys), and was referred to as “our poet” by Seth in 1972. In her book about Seth class, “Conversations With Seth,” Sue Watkins includes some of Barrie’s poetry as well. He has written more than 4,000 poems and has published a volume of poetry called “Outside Is a Secret Key,” available at bargell@aol.com–for a signed, paperback; or as an eBook on Amazon. It is collection of 100 poems that relate to experiencing inner and outer life. More poetry books are to follow.

Also, Barrie has been the most-active-online ESP Class member for fifteen years and continues to be so, answering thousands of questions and taking part in thousands of discussions. As for Seth: Seth was a nonphysical personality who spoke thru the medium or channeler Jane Roberts—from 1963 to her death in 1984. Seth has dictated approximately 25 books thru Jane—and is recognized as ushering in the modern new-age movement—introducing the idea that “you create your own reality.” Seth’s concepts empower each person to find their own answers, become accountable in a loving way for their own lives — while caring about the well-being of others.

“Seth2: Is There Any Connection To Alien Contact?”

In this presentation, I purport that no one really knows what is behind the UFO phenomenon or how far back it goes. Building on what Seth and Seth2 have said about themselves, and what I’ve studied about the UFO phenomenon, I suggest that ultimately some sort of “ancient” consciousness is behind it all—which taught us how to create physical reality in the first place…and I say “ancient” but I really also mean outside of linear time as well.

Altho on the one hand, UFOs seem to be and may be from other planets, dimensions, time periods and our own future—there is still a deeper EVENT going on that goes beyond these things. We only see the tippy-top tip of the iceberg—and always thru the filters of the belief system of the day. Today it is computers programming. Yesterday it was spaceships. In earlier days it was angels and devils, and so forth. We always translate the unknown into something that makes sense to us in some way. The ramifications of what I say challenges the concepts that we are a computer program or that there are space wars going on—which, to me—is just the latest version of the mentality of cowboys versus Indians, allies vs the axis, angels vs devils, and so on—good versus evil.

This presentation explains that what is commonly known as “The Secret” is only half the secret and the other half remains unspoken. The first widely-known half of the secret is that we create our reality via our thoughts, beliefs, etc—via the law of attraction—but the SECOND half is that in so doing we are to help and not harm others—and NOT as an obligation or responsibility but for the joy that is received from acting in harmony with our nature of love, compassion and goodness—and how all this relates to the very purpose of physical existence. In explaining all this, many other concepts are touched upon including how love holds the universe together, we are hardwired to help others, the mechanics of reality creation, and other concepts found in many places, including in the Seth material. Some issues or questions addressed:

1. THE EXPANSIVE PURPOSE OF LOVE–THE BASIS OF EXISTENCE.

2. HUMAN NATURE, EARTH, THE UNIVERSE AND LOVE.

3. THE JOYFUL IMPORTANCE OF HELPING OTHERS.

4. WHERE DO OTHERS FIT IN…IN THE SECRET?

5. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE SECRET AND OF THE REINCARNATION CYCLE?

According to Jon Klimo, in his book, “Channelling”—Jane Roberts and Seth ushered in the modern new-age era of channeling back in 1963—with its foundational “you create your own reality” — and together they have written around 30 books. I will discuss who Seth is, what his major concepts were and what the original Seth classes in Elmira were like. In no particular order, these concepts include but are not limited to:

1. THE UNIVERSE IS SAFE AND PLAYFUL.

2. TIME IS SIMULTANEOUS.

3. REALITY IS OUR THOUGHTS MADE PHYSICAL.

4. VIOLENCE IS NEVER JUSTIFIED.

5. SEX AND THE BODY ARE GOOD.

6. NO PERSONALITY EVER DIES NOR GETS SWALLOWED UP BY ANYTHING.

7. THE “OCCULT” WORLD IS AS SECRET AND MYSTERIOUS AS A FLOWER, KITTEN, BASEBALL GAME, OR WALK IN THE PARK.

8. THERE ARE AN INFINITE NUMBER OF PROBABLE REALITIES (PARALLEL UNIVERSES) CONSTANTLY BEING CREATED FROM WHICH WE CHOOSE WHAT TO ACTUALIZE OR PHYSICALIZE.

9. THE DREAM STATE IS BUT ONE REALM WHERE ALL OUR VARIOUS SELVES (AND “SPIRITS”) ALL INTERMINGLE AND COMMUNICATE.

10. DREAMS CONTINUE AFTER WE WAKE UP.

11. THE INFINITE EVER-GROWING NUMBERS OF DREAM AND PROBABLE REALITIES IS WHY THE UNIVERSE SEEMS TO KEEP EXPANDING.

12. KARMA IS NOT WHAT WE THINK IT IS. THERE IS NO “PRE-ORDAINED” PUNISHMENT FOR THINGS DONE IN ANY LIFETIME.

13. PEOPLE ARE AWARE OF THEIR DEATHS AND DEATHS OF OTHERS BEFORE THEY HAPPEN AND THE SAME WITH WHAT APPEAR TO BE “ACCIDENTS.”

14. EVERYBODY IS A HERO IN PROGRESS.

15. EVERYTHING HAS CONSCIOUSNESS.

16. THE PRESENT IS THE POINT OF POWER.

17. WE’RE AS DEAD RIGHT NOW AS WE’LL EVER BE.

18. YOU CREATE YOUR OWN REALITY.

19. PEOPLE ARE INNATELY GOOD, LOVING AND COMPASSIONATE.

I will also answer all questions to put to me about Seth’s concepts and what the original Seth classes were like. I will include that Seth said he would only communicate via Jane in order to maintain the integrity and authenticity of the Seth material.
